Customized Corrosion-Resistant Compound Fertilizer Production Line Shipped to Uganda in January 2026

2026-07-10

In January 2026, a complete set of corrosion-resistant compound fertilizer production lines, specifically designed for Uganda's tropical climate, completed all factory inspections, were sealed, and shipped. This equipment underwent specialized technical upgrades to address the three major operating conditions in East Africa: high humidity, heavy rainfall, and unstable voltage, resolving pain points such as easy rusting, frequent downtime, and poor adaptability of local fertilizer equipment. Considering the market characteristics of Uganda's nutrient-poor soil and the diverse fertilizer needs of farmers, this production line adopts a roller extrusion granulation process, eliminating the need for wet drying and significantly reducing fuel consumption, thus aligning with the high energy costs in the region. The equipment frame and hoppers are all treated with sandblasting and thickened anti-rust coatings, the motors are equipped with dustproof and waterproof protective shells, and the screening screens are made of high-wear-resistant alloy material, extending the equipment's service life and reducing the customer's subsequent maintenance costs. The entire production line operates in a fully integrated manner: raw material crushing and pretreatment → automatic proportioning and mixing → extrusion granulation → cooling and screening → finished product coating → fully automatic weighing and sealing. Only 2-3 workers are required throughout the process, making its automation level suitable for the workforce of small and medium-sized processing plants in Uganda. The control system is equipped with a voltage stabilization module to cope with local power grid voltage fluctuations and avoid production losses due to downtime. High-standard export packaging is used during delivery, with metal parts wrapped in anti-rust film, precision electrical control cabinets in independently sealed moisture-proof wooden crates, and steel wire ropes securing the container to prevent displacement and damage during ocean transport. Supporting materials include a complete set of spare bearings, seals, roller skins, and other vulnerable parts, along with complete technical drawings in both Chinese and English, a troubleshooting manual, and maintenance guidelines. The client's purchasing manager stated that compared to heavy equipment from Europe and America, our customized production line has lower investment costs and is simpler to maintain, perfectly meeting the investment needs of small and medium-sized fertilizer plants in Uganda. The technical team will follow up on the shipping progress and, upon arrival at the port, will go to the site to complete equipment assembly, parameter debugging, and formula testing, guiding the client in producing compound fertilizers specifically formulated for local corn, coffee, and soybean crops. Based on years of experience in deploying equipment in Africa, the company continuously optimizes its tropical fertilizer production equipment, providing complete technical solutions for agricultural processing projects in East Africa.
