Five points of protection for organic fertilizer equipment

2023/06/28

Due to the seasonal use of organic fertilizer equipment and its own limitations, a device can only complete one or more operations, and the operation time is short, and the storage time is long. Therefore, in order to extend the service life of organic fertilizer production line equipment, we should usually do a good job of protection:

1. Rust prevention. After the operation of the organic fertilizer production equipment, the external dirt must be removed, the seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and crop residues in the machine must be cleaned, and water or oil should be used if necessary. Also clean the lubricated area and re-lubricate it. Complex and sophisticated equipment is best stored in a cool, dry, ventilated room; For those simple machines, they can be stored in the open air, but they should be placed on high ground, dry, and out of direct sunlight. Parts should be supported by boards or bricks; Peeling bedliner should be repainted.

2, anti-rot, anti-mildew. The effective storage method is to place the organic fertilizer production equipment in a dry place to avoid the sun and rain.

3, equipment anti-aging. Rubber or plastic products due to the role of oxygen in the air and ultraviolet rays in the sun, easy to age deterioration, so that rubber parts poor elasticity, easy to break. It is best to coat the rubber surface with hot paraffin oil, put it on the indoor shelf, covered with paper, keep it ventilated, dry, and avoid direct sunlight

4, anti-deformation. Springs, transmission belts, tires and other parts will cause plastic deformation due to long-term stress or improper placement, so appropriate support should be provided under the frame; Take the tire out of load; All compressed or pulled springs on the machine must be relaxed; Remove the drive belt and store it indoors; In addition, the removed parts should be prevented from being squeezed and deformed when stored.

5. Prevent loss. For long-term parked organic fertilizer production equipment, registration cards should be established to record the technical status of equipment, accessories, spare parts, tools, etc.; All kinds of equipment should be kept by special personnel; Disassembling parts for other purposes is strictly prohibited.
