Organic fertilizer granulators play a crucial role in improving fertilizer utilization rate. The following are specific measures and principles:
1. Optimize Raw Material Pretreatment: The optimal moisture content range varies significantly among different materials, directly affecting pelleting rate and granulation speed. Raw material particle size must be uniform, with the maximum particle size not exceeding 1/3 of the roller gap. Pretreatment requires sieving through a 100-120 mesh screen to remove large particles and impurities, preventing them from clogging the rollers and causing downtime for cleaning.
2. Adjust Granulation Parameters: Adjust according to material viscosity. For organic fertilizer (high fiber, high moisture), select low speed (15-20 r/min) to avoid excessive compression and agglomeration within the die cavity; for feed (fine powder, low moisture), select high speed (25-30 r/min) to increase forming speed. Adjust via the hydraulic system, ensuring the pressure matches the die rotation speed. Adjust the pressure to 0.8-1.2 MPa at low speed and 0.5-0.8 MPa at high speed.
3. Optimized Post-Processing: The moisture content of the granules after granulation may be too high. A fertilizer dryer is needed to reduce the moisture content to below 20% to prevent mold growth. Immediately afterwards, a cooler is used to lower the temperature, preventing clumping and nutrient loss. A sieve separates granules with the correct particle size (e.g., 2-4mm), while unqualified granules are returned to the granulation process. Finally, an automatic packaging machine weighs and packages the granules.
4. Innovative Technology: An organic fertilizer granulator uses a heated forming plate. The raw material is shaped through forming holes. Heating wires are installed inside the plate to heat the plate, thus heating the gradually forming fertilizer. After being cut into granules by the forming plate, the moisture evaporates quickly, drying and solidifying the granules, greatly improving the granulation efficiency of organic fertilizer granules.
Through these measures, the organic fertilizer granulator can effectively improve fertilizer utilization, reduce waste, and increase agricultural production efficiency.
