Under high-temperature weather conditions, moisture control in organic fertilizer production lines is of vital importance. Here are some specific control methods:

1. Raw material pretreatment: Select raw materials with low moisture content, such as plant straw, etc. For animal manure with a high water content, mechanical dehydration can be adopted for pretreatment. In high-temperature weather, it is advisable to appropriately increase the humidity of the raw materials to prevent excessive evaporation of water during the fermentation process.

2. Moisture control during the fermentation process: During the fermentation process, add an appropriate amount of moisture in a timely manner based on the actual situation of the materials. Regularly turning the pile promotes air circulation, lowers the temperature of the materials, and also helps to evenly distribute moisture.

3. Moisture control during the granulation process: Ensure that the moisture content of the materials entering the organic fertilizer granulator is appropriate. Adjust the rotational speed and feed rate of the granulator appropriately according to the moisture content and characteristics of the materials.

4. Moisture control during the drying process: After granulation, the organic fertilizer granules are dried using an organic fertilizer dryer to reduce the moisture content to below 10%. According to the moisture content of the material and the drying requirements, the drying temperature and time should be reasonably controlled.

5. Environmental Management: Ensure good ventilation in the production environment to reduce the impact of air humidity on materials. In a high-humidity environment, dehumidifiers can be used to reduce the humidity in the workshop.

6. Subsequent processing: After granulation, the products are sun-dried and turned over to further control moisture content. During the production process, strengthen the detection and control of quality indicators such as the moisture content of organic fertilizers to ensure that the product quality meets relevant standards.
