Raw materials must be strictly inspected before entering the site. Raw materials such as urea, monoammonium phosphate, and potassium chloride must be stacked separately and protected from rain and moisture to prevent moisture absorption and clumping from the source. For raw materials with high moisture content, they should first be sun-dried, hot-air dried, or dehumidified at low temperatures to control the moisture content below 2% to prevent sticking and blockage.
During the batching stage, sealed silos with variable frequency feeding are used. The top of the silos is equipped with rain covers and ventilation devices to reduce the impact of air humidity. A filter is installed at the feed inlet to prevent foreign objects and wet lumps from entering, avoiding material jamming and proportioning deviations.
Sealed belt conveyors or screw conveyors are preferred in the conveying process to reduce the contact between raw materials and humid air and prevent moisture absorption during transport. The production line should be kept well-ventilated and dry. Doors and windows should be closed on rainy days, and dehumidifiers should be turned on when necessary to control the humidity of the workshop environment.
In the crushing and screening stages, slightly agglomerated raw materials undergo light crushing and fine screening to ensure loose particles with good flowability, facilitating accurate measurement. Measuring equipment must be calibrated regularly to ensure accurate nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium ratios.
After the finished blended fertilizer is discharged, it is promptly packaged and sealed to prevent prolonged exposure to air, moisture absorption, and agglomeration. The entire production line employs a three-pronged approach of raw material humidity control, process moisture prevention, and environmental humidity control to consistently maintain acceptable feed humidity, ensuring smooth batching, mixing, and packaging. This results in a finished fertilizer with stable efficacy, minimal agglomeration, and meets storage and application requirements.
