The lifespan of a chicken manure organic fertilizer granulator is closely related to routine maintenance and proper operation. Following these steps can effectively extend the equipment's lifespan and reduce failure rates.
1. Strengthen raw material pretreatment. Chicken manure contains a high amount of crude fiber, impurities, and corrosive substances, requiring thorough composting, crushing, and screening. Composting reduces the raw material's acidity and reduces corrosion to the organic fertilizer equipment. Screening removes hard objects such as stones and plastic, reducing the risk of equipment blockage and minimizing mechanical damage at the source.
2. Standardize operating procedures. Before starting the machine, check that all components are securely connected, that bearings are adequately lubricated, and that the motor and transmission systems are free of any anomalies. Monitor the equipment's status during operation. If any abnormal noise, vibration, or excessive temperature rise is detected, immediately stop the machine for inspection. Never operate with any faults.
3. Perform routine maintenance and servicing. Regularly clean residual material from the granulator's inner walls, die holes, and transmission components to prevent corrosion and scaling. Check the wear of vulnerable parts such as bearings and gears weekly, and re-lubricate or replace grease promptly to maintain smooth operation. Regularly apply anti-rust paint or anti-corrosion coating to metal contact surfaces, especially in humid environments. Rust prevention treatment is essential.
4. Optimize the operating environment of the organic fertilizer produciton line. Install the granulator in a well-ventilated and dry workshop, avoiding outdoor storage to prevent rain and moisture from corroding the equipment's metal components. If the equipment is not in use for an extended period, clean the interior, apply protective oil, and cover with a dust cover to reduce oxidation and rust.
Scientifically pre-treating raw materials, standardizing operations, performing regular maintenance, and optimizing the environment can significantly improve the stability of the chicken manure organic fertilizer granulator, extend its service life, and ensure long-term, efficient production.
