Before production, strictly demarcate raw material areas. Different types of organic fertilizer raw materials, microbial agents, and additives should be stored separately and clearly labeled to avoid chaotic stacking and mixing. Before feeding, check the purity of raw materials to prevent impurities and moldy materials from entering the bio-organic fertilizer production line, reducing the risk of contamination at the source.
Thoroughly clean the equipment; this is crucial for preventing contamination. Before changing the material formula, a comprehensive cleaning of the entire set of equipment, including the granulator, mixer, conveyor belt, silo, and screening machine, is essential.
Plan the production sequence rationally, following the production logic of pure materials first, then mixed materials; sterile materials first, then microbial materials; low-nutrient materials first, then high-nutrient materials, minimizing frequent material changes. Produce the same batch continuously as much as possible to reduce the number of formula changes during production. Produce microbial fertilizers and ordinary organic fertilizers separately; if necessary, configure a dedicated granulation production line for specific purposes. Optimize production processes to avoid prolonged material retention in equipment. Regularly clean bridging silos and dead corners to prevent old material from spoiling and contaminating new material. Dedicated conveyor systems should be used whenever possible; if shared systems are necessary, they must be thoroughly cleaned before use. Simultaneously, implement effective environmental control, with production workshops divided into zones to prevent dust from spreading and cross-contaminating.
Establish production logs to record material changeover and cleaning procedures, strengthen operator training, and strictly enforce machine cleaning standards. Through comprehensive process control, cross-contamination of materials can be minimized, ensuring stable quality of organic fertilizer products.
