Preventing organic fertilizer equipment from getting damp is an important measure to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life. The following are some effective moisture-proof methods:
1. Choose a dry and ventilated environment: When storing organic fertilizer equipment, you should choose a well-ventilated and dry warehouse or factory to avoid moisture and rain. Good ventilation conditions help reduce environmental humidity and reduce the chance of equipment getting damp.
2. Avoid direct contact with the ground: Place the equipment on a raised platform or shelf to avoid direct contact with the ground, because the moisture on the ground can easily corrode the equipment.
3. Regular inspection and cleaning: Regularly inspect and clean the equipment, and remove moisture, dust and debris on the surface of the equipment in time to prevent moisture and mildew. Check the various parts of the equipment, such as motors, bearings, gears, etc., to ensure that there are no signs of moisture or rust.
4. Place moisture-proof agents or desiccants: Place an appropriate amount of moisture-proof agents or desiccants, such as quicklime, silica gel, etc., around the equipment or in the storage environment, which can effectively absorb and remove moisture, reduce environmental humidity, and prevent the equipment from getting damp.
5. Start the equipment regularly: If the organic fertilizer production line is idle for a long time, the equipment should be started regularly and run for a period of time to keep the equipment dry and flexible. This helps to dissipate the moisture inside the equipment and prevent moisture problems caused by long-term static.
