In organic fertilizer production, the disc granulation production line needs to be closely integrated with the bio-organic fertilizer granulation process to avoid cross-contamination of materials. The inner wall and baffles of the disc granulator must be thoroughly cleaned beforehand, and high-pressure water guns should be used to rinse the gaps to prevent residual impurities from affecting the purity of the granules. During biological organic fertilizer granulation, the raw material ratio must be precise. By adjusting the disc angle (30°~45°) and rotation speed of the organic fertilizer disk granulator machine, the materials can be evenly coated with nutrients, ensuring proper granule formation.
When changing materials, the disc should be rinsed with clean water or a neutral detergent and dried before adding new materials to prevent mixing with previous batches. A filter screen should be installed at the feed inlet to intercept impurities in the raw materials and ensure the quality of biological organic fertilizer granulation. At the same time, the transmission components of the disc granulation production line need to be regularly lubricated to prevent mechanical failures that could interrupt granulation and affect overall efficiency.
During the biological organic fertilizer granulation process, the continuous operation advantage of the disc granulation production line can be utilized for mass production. Operators must strictly control the material moisture content and adjust the disc rotation speed to ensure the granules meet the required hardness. During production breaks, any caked material in the disc should be promptly cleaned to keep the equipment clean and lay the foundation for the next batch of production, ensuring the stability and quality of biological organic fertilizer granulation.
