To regularly clean the interior of organic fertilizer equipment to prevent blockage, the following aspects can be considered:
1. Daily cleaning: After each use, rinse the equipment casing with clean water to remove residual dust and debris, preventing corrosion and rust. For parts in contact with materials such as the fermentation chamber and the stirring impeller, to remove accumulated organic residues, a brush can be used to assist in cleaning. Regularly clean the materials on the conveyor belt and chain to prevent slippage and wear.
2. Regular maintenance and lubrication: Regularly lubricate the moving parts of the equipment (such as bearings, chains, gears, etc.) to reduce friction and wear and extend service life. Check the fasteners. Regularly inspect whether the bolts, nuts and other fasteners are loose and tighten them in time. Inspect the electrical system, regularly check whether the wires, cables, switches and other electrical components are aged or damaged, and replace them in time.
3. Preventive measures: Control the moisture content of materials: Ensure that the moisture content of the incoming materials is moderate to prevent adhesion and blockage caused by excessive moisture. Regularly inspect the feed inlet to check if there is any blockage, ensuring that the materials can smoothly enter the fermentation equipment. Regularly inspect the exhaust system to ensure it is unobstructed and prevent the accumulation of harmful gases.
Through these measures, the internal blockage of organic fertilizer equipment can be effectively prevented, ensuring the normal operation and service life of the organic fertilizer production line.
