NPK blending fertilizer produciton lines enjoy high market acceptance. With advantages such as low investment, flexible formulations, and rapid production, they have become the mainstream choice for small and medium-sized fertilizer enterprises, regional distributors, and planting cooperatives in China, with market penetration continuing to rise.

At the policy level, in line with the national strategy of "reducing fertilizer use and increasing efficiency" and soil testing and formula fertilization, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs is promoting the replacement of basic fertilizers with formulated fertilizers, providing special subsidies, with a coverage target of 92% by 2026, providing strong support for the popularization of production lines.

Market demand is strong. The proportion of blended fertilizers in total fertilizer consumption is expected to rise from 25% in 2018 to 35% in 2023, and is projected to reach 40% in 2025, with NPK types accounting for approximately 60%. The production line uses purely physical mixing, requiring no chemical reactions, resulting in energy consumption that is more than 60% lower than compound fertilizer granulation, and a 30%-50% lower cost per ton. Formula switching takes only 15-30 minutes, allowing for precise matching of different soil and crop needs, achieving "customized fertilization."

With low investment thresholds, the investment for a single NPK blending machine is only 1/3 to 1/5 that of a compound fertilizer production line. It requires little space, is quick to install, can be operated by 1-2 people, and yields a return on investment in 3-6 months, making it highly popular among small and medium-sized enterprises. Leading companies (such as Xinyangfeng and Jinzhengda) are accelerating their expansion, raising the industry's CR10 to 52%, further enhancing market acceptance.

Currently, domestic production capacity exceeds 20 million tons, with a penetration rate exceeding 70% in major producing areas such as Northeast China, the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain, and East China, and is rapidly penetrating the central and western regions. With the advancement of agricultural modernization, NPK blended fertilizer production lines, with their core advantages of high cost-effectiveness, precise compatibility, and environmental friendliness, will continue to gain market acceptance and have broad development prospects.
