Technically, modern organic fertilizer granulators have undergone intelligent upgrades. For example, a variable-speed granulation system developed by an equipment manufacturer automatically adjusts the speed based on the material's moisture content, increasing the pellet formation rate to over 90%. The use of a constant-temperature heating device solves the problem of insufficient viscosity of organic materials in low-temperature environments, ensuring normal winter production in northern China.
With the advancement of the "fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement" policy, organic fertilizer granulators are becoming a crucial link between agricultural waste resource utilization and green farming, providing solid equipment support for the large-scale development of organic agriculture.
