The roller press granualtor production lines achieves uninterrupted, full-process operation—thereby ensuring the stable mass production of granular fertilizers—by relying on uniform material conveyance, continuous batching, synchronized linkage, and closed-loop material control.
The entire production line employs a modular, serial layout. Beginning with the upstream batching stage, an automatic batching system precisely dispenses materials according to specific formulas; these materials are then conveyed at a uniform speed to a mixer for homogenization. This process ensures uniformity in both material moisture content and particle size, thereby providing qualified raw materials for subsequent continuous granulation. The mixed materials are subsequently fed into the inlet of the extrusion granulator—quantitatively and at a constant speed—via a screw conveyor, maintaining a stable material bed to prevent interruptions in material flow or blockages.
The double roller press granualtor operates stably through variable-frequency speed control. Materials undergo a continuous sequence of extrusion, shaping, and granulation processes, resulting in the uninterrupted output of semi-finished granules. The rotational speed of the equipment is synchronized and matched with the material feeding speed, establishing a dynamic equilibrium between material inflow and outflow to prevent material accumulation and congestion within the machine. The granulated particles are continuously transported via belt conveyors, proceeding sequentially through the screening, drying, and cooling stages.
The screening equipment performs continuous classification: qualified granules advance to downstream processing, while undersized fines and broken particles are returned to the mixing stage via a recirculation system. This recycling process minimizes waste accumulation and ensures a stable material flow throughout the production line. All equipment units are integrated via a unified electrical control system featuring synchronized linkage, overload and blockage alarms, and variable-frequency regulation, allowing the system to automatically adjust operating speeds to match production capacity requirements.
Throughout the entire process, materials are conveyed within a closed system, and procedural transitions are tightly integrated. Coupled with real-time online moisture monitoring and scheduled maintenance inspections, this design effectively eliminates issues such as downtime caused by material shortages or equipment jamming, thereby ensuring the extrusion granulation line operates continuously, smoothly, and efficiently over extended periods.
