The roller press granulator produciton line does not require wet water addition and drying processes, and relies on material extrusion. It is suitable for raw materials covering organic fertilizers, inorganic compound fertilizers, and functional fertilizers, and is suitable for continuous production in small and medium-sized and large-scale fertilizer processing plants.
In terms of raw material adaptation, the organic type can process various fermented organic fertilizers such as decomposed chicken manure, cow manure, sheep manure, biogas residue, sludge, straw powder, mushroom residue, traditional Chinese medicine residue, etc. The moisture content of the dry material is controlled at 15%-30%. It can be directly granulated; inorganic raw materials include urea, ammonium chloride, potassium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate, phosphate rock powder, dolomite powder and other single or mixed mineral raw materials, which can produce nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer, granular phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer. At the same time, it is suitable for a variety of functional additives. Seaweed powder, humic acid, microbial inoculants, and medium and trace element powders can be blended and extruded to produce bacterial fertilizer, humic acid fertilizer, and soil conditioner.
The process scenario is suitable. Fertilizer produciton machine is produced by dry method throughout the process without boiler drying. Water-scarce areas and factories with strict environmental control are preferred. The finished particles have high hardness and are not easily powdered, so they are suitable for bag storage and long-distance transportation. It can be equipped with preliminary crushing, horizontal mixing, and screening equipment to form a complete production line. It has a large production capacity span and a complete range of 1-10 tons per hour models. It can be used in small workshops and is also suitable for large-scale organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer designated processing plants.
There are limitations in raw materials. High-fiber long straw is easy to stick to rollers if it is not finely crushed; high-oil, high-viscosity kitchen residues are poorly processed and formed individually and need to be adjusted with mineral powder; pure high-humidity materials cannot be directly extruded and must be fermented and dried in advance. It is not suitable for the production of water-soluble fertilizer, and the water solubility of the particles is weak. It is overall suitable for the production of field base fertilizer and fruit and vegetable slow-release base fertilizer. It is a universal granulation complete set of equipment that takes into account both organic and inorganic fertilizers.
