Significant differences in performance exist across different price ranges, as detailed below:
1. Economy Type (below 50,000 RMB): These are mostly small double roller press granualtors. Their extrusion rollers are often made of ordinary steel, resulting in poor wear resistance, short service life, and a granulation rate often below 85%, with uneven particle size. The equipment lacks a sealed dustproof design, leading to significant dust leakage during operation. Manual feeding, discharging, and maintenance are also required, resulting in low efficiency and frequent downtime for parts replacement, impacting production continuity.
2. Practical Type (50,000 - 150,000 RMB): The mainstream type is the double roller press granulator suitable for small to medium-sized organic fertilizer plants. The extrusion rollers are made of wear-resistant alloy material, with a lifespan of 12-18 months, and a granulation rate exceeding 90%. Some models are equipped with variable frequency feeding devices, which can stably control the feeding speed and reduce roller sticking and clumping problems. It features a basic enclosed structure and simple dust collection components, effectively controlling dust pollution. Maintenance requires no disassembly of the entire machine, minimizing downtime.
3. High-end model (150,000 RMB and above): This type of equipment is suitable for large-scale NPK blending fertilizer production lines, with an hourly output of 5-10 tons or even higher. Core components are made of high-strength, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials, precision-machined, with roller surface pressure reaching up to 30MPa. It is suitable for various materials such as organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, and potash fertilizer, producing uniform particle strength and stable quality. Furthermore, it integrates intelligent functions such as automatic temperature control and IoT monitoring, allowing real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment of equipment operating parameters. This ensures continuous and stable operation of the production line, significantly reducing overall production costs.
