What needs to be prepared in advance when the organic fertilizer production line ferments?

2024/01/06

1. Raw material preparation: First of all, we need to choose appropriate organic waste as raw materials, such as livestock manure, crop straw, food processing waste, etc. When collecting raw materials, it is necessary to pay attention to the amount and quality of collection to ensure the smooth progress of the fermentation process of the organic fertilizer production line.

2. Pretreatment: For large materials, crushing, screening and other pretreatment are needed to facilitate the decomposition and fermentation of microorganisms.

3. The addition of microbial inoculants: In the production process of organic fertilizer, the addition of microbial inoculants is one of the very important steps. By adding beneficial microbial agents, it can promote the decomposition and transformation of organic waste, improve the fertilizer efficiency and environmental protection effect.

4. Selection of fermentation container: Fermentation container is one of the important tools in the fermentation process. Depending on the scale of production and the nature of raw materials, different types of fermentation vessels can be selected, such as fermenters, fermentation tanks, etc. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the tightness and insulation of the fermentation container to promote the propagation of microorganisms and the fermentation process.

5. Fermentation temperature control: Fermentation temperature control in the production process of organic fertilizer equipment is also very important. By adjusting the fermentation temperature, it can promote the reproduction of microorganisms and the decomposition of organic waste, and prevent the pollution of harmful gases and microorganisms during the fermentation process.

6. Monitoring and recording: In the fermentation process, it is necessary to regularly monitor the fermentation temperature, humidity, pH value and other indicators, and record the data in time. By monitoring and recording data, problems can be detected and dealt with in time to ensure the smooth progress of the fermentation process.
