How to operate organic fertilizer production equipment correctly?

 The organic fertilizer production equipment is an assembly line operation, and each link affects each other. The production operation procedure of the complete set of organic fertilizer equipment assists employees in training and production, and the correct operation method of organic fertilizer production equipment:

1. Raw materials, auxiliary materials and starter are pre-mixed evenly in proportion, and the moisture reaches about 60%. They are transported by the conveyor belt and distributed to the fermentation tank through the conveyor belt cloth machine.
2. In order to fully ferment the materials in the fermentation tank, use the chain plate turning machine to stack and displace the materials, and aerate the materials from the bottom of the tank through the aeration system to make the materials ferment aerobically.
3. The alcohol in the fermentation tank is basically completed in about 7 to 10 days. Under the turning displacement of the turning machine, the material is turned over to the discharge end, and then the material is transported to the aging tank by the changing tank discharging machine, discharging belt conveyor and walking distributor for secondary aging and fermentation, so that the material is completely decomposed.
4. The rotten material is transported to the granulation workshop through the belt, and the material is screened by the drum screening machine and the vertical crusher to remove the large material.
5. The screened materials and other inorganic nutrients are transported in proportion to the two-shaft blade mixer with a seasoning measuring belt scale and stirred evenly. The evenly stirred material can be packaged as a finished powder product, or can be granulated by adjusting the water content at about 40%.
6. The material with a water content of about 40% is produced into a semi-finished product through an organic fertilizer granulator machine, and then shaped into a ball semi-finished product through a shaping machine, transported by a conveyor belt to a tubular dryer for low-temperature drying, and then sieved and cooled by a cooling and screening machine. Reduce the moisture content to between 15-30, and pack it after outer film treatment as needed;
7. The finished granules are transported to the packaging workshop through the bucket elevator and the finished product conveyor belt machine, and are packaged and manually palletized with automatic weighing packaging scales.
