How to produce commercial cow dung organic fertilizer?

2023/01/06

The organic fertilizer production process of commercial cow dung mainly includes composting, crushing, mixing, granulating, drying, cooling, screening, packaging and other steps. Generally speaking, the production capacity of a single organic fertilizer production line is generally between 1t/h-10t/h. If it is too small, it will not achieve economies of scale, and if it is too large, it will increase the difficulty of transportation and storage of raw materials and finished products.

• Fermentation composting: Collect cow dung, cow urine and organic agricultural waste such as hay and rotten feed for mixed composting, and adjust moisture, ventilation, temperature and carbon-nitrogen ratio.
• Raw material pulverization and mixing: the function of this stage is to use semi-wet material pulverizer and horizontal mixer to pulverize and mix raw materials.
•Granulation process: A new type of granulator is used to make granules from crushed and mixed raw materials. The equipment has obvious advantages such as wide adaptability to raw materials, especially organic matter, strict requirements on raw material density and crushing fineness, no need to dry raw materials, high granulation rate, and stable granulation performance. Common organic fertilizer granulator machine include: rotary drum granulator, drum granulator, disc granulator machine, new organic fertilizer granulator, new two-in-one organic fertilizer granulator, flat die granulator machine, ring die granulator, each granulator has its own production characteristics, and the fertilizer granulator machine price varies.
•Sieving process: The particle diameters produced by the organic fertilizer granulator may have certain differences, and a sieving machine is required for sieving and grading. Drum screening machine has the characteristics of simple structure, low noise, stable operation and small vibration.
•Drying and cooling process: Dry the sieved granules to remove moisture, so that the granules meet the moisture standard requirements of organic fertilizers. And after the cooling process, the temperature difference between the particles and the environment will be less than five degrees Celsius.
•Packaging process: After the granular organic fertilizer is cooled, it is weighed and packaged by an automatic fertilizer packaging machine, which greatly saves labor costs and improves the production efficiency of organic fertilizer.
