2, it is prohibited to transfer organic fertilizer processing equipment without cutting off the mechanical power of the operation. When the tractor does not cut off the power during field transfer, it is easy to cause the trencher and cultivator blade, the harvester cutter, the seeder trencher, etc., to be damaged or hurt when passing through the ridge, small ditch or other obstacles.

 

3, prohibit organic fertilizer processing equipment water tank is not covered. Since the water tank is often open, and the cooling water must be stopped before the lid can be opened when adding cooling water, many machines in order to save the time of removing the cover and cooling the water, so that the water tank is open to work. Doing so is easy to cause a large number of crop broken leaves and dust into the tank, and as the cooling water flows through the pump to the body and the cylinder head, directly affecting the heat dissipation, causing the engine to overheat.

 

4. Do not wet the radiator with water. When many machines add water to the water tank, they first splash a bucket of water on the water tank cover to reduce the temperature here, resulting in the heat sink being wet. Some machines make the overflow water to the radiator when they add water. As everyone knows, doing so will only make things worse, the air channel between the radiator is small, easy to be blocked by debris and dust, and after pouring water, it will promote the adhesion of dust on the radiator, so that the air channel area is rapidly reduced or blocked, the heat dissipation effect is reduced, resulting in the tank boiling time is shortened, affecting the operation.
