Work continues through the dead of winter to ensure equipment delivery and production readiness! In January 2026, our intelligent high-temperature organic fertilizer fermentation tank produciton line was officially shipped to a client's facility in Nanjing, enabling the smooth launch of large-scale organic fertilizer production during the winter season.
Low winter temperatures pose the greatest challenge for traditional composting; open-air fermentation suffers from slow temperature rise, incomplete decomposition, and a high risk of stalling due to the cold. The vertical high-temperature fermentation tanks delivered here feature built-in thermal insulation and constant-temperature oxygen supply systems. Unaffected by cold weather, they maintain a stable, high-temperature environment for decomposition around the clock, ensuring short fermentation cycles, uniform decomposition, and uninterrupted production.
The entire production line features a compact structure, a small footprint, and a high degree of automation. It is ideal for both the upgrading of existing facilities and the construction of new plants, and is widely applicable to the resource recovery of various livestock manures and agricultural/forestry wastes. The resulting decomposed organic fertilizer is loose in texture and rich in nutrients.
We provide comprehensive, end-to-end service—managing everything from equipment positioning and piping connections to startup, commissioning, and staff training. This ensures a smooth winter launch for the client, allowing them to seize market opportunities for fertilizer preparation ahead of the spring planting season.
