Installation Progress of Crusher, Microfilter, and Elevated Platform in Damp Fog at Yanjin, Yunnan

2026-08-22

On December 16, 2025, at the installation site in Yanjin, Yunnan, the damp cement ground and dense fog made all the equipment stand out vividly. Black heavy steel frames dominated the scene. At the center of the view, the black half-wet material crusher had been hoisted onto a square steel base, its green motor and red drive belt on the left side particularly striking. Below and to the left of the crusher, a steeply inclined conveyor belt stretched into the air, its red stops and rollers still clearly visible in the dim fog. Its task was to collect the material broken up by the crusher from above and transport it to the next stage by gravity. On the ground, three thick gray pipes lay haphazardly beside a puddle, indicating that pipeline connections were still pending.

On the other side of the factory, a stainless steel solid-liquid separator is positioned, with a white buffer tank, a green water pump, and a large white storage tank forming a corner of the liquid phase. Looking up, on the second-floor platform supported by black H-beams, a vertical mixing tank is already in place. The green reducer on top acts as the "brain" of this equipment, while the bright yellow guardrails and safety stairs around it are highly visible, ensuring workers can safely climb and inspect in the high-humidity environment. Currently, although these devices are all on their bases, the transparent hoses are still scattered, the electrical control box has not yet been connected, and the pipes and cables on the ground are still being laid. This on-site layout, which includes solid-liquid separation, high-level mixing, and fragmentation conveying, has its overall mechanical framework fully assembled and is awaiting final electrical and piping connections. A complete organic fertilizer front-end processing production line is about to take shape in the mist.
