I. Equipment Scene Analysis: Long Bridge Straddles the Fermentation Tank, Disc Breaks Bacteria
At the installation site of the fermentation tank (as shown in Figure 1), the overall outline of the machine is very clear. The huge, bluish-green main beam spans the several-meter-deep concrete fermentation tank like a bridge. On the side of the main beam, the four large red characters "Huaqiang Heavy Industry" and the brand's gear logo are particularly eye-catching, showcasing the professional strength of the equipment manufacturer.
The core working component suspended below the main beam—the large disc—is inlaid with tightly arranged, powerful toothed turning blades. This is precisely the core advantage that distinguishes this type of compost turner from other models. Figure 2 shows the side details of the equipment; the drive motor and reducer at the top are currently wrapped in white waterproof cloth to prevent damage during transportation, while the pulley and guide rail system supporting the equipment's smooth longitudinal movement on the track above the trough has also been assembled.
II. Connecting to the Front End of Production, Strengthening the Foundation for Granulation
Many customers are familiar with the disc granulators and drying equipment we previously reported on, but the "first step" in organic fertilizer production is actually aerobic fermentation. This large disc compost turner is the "soul partner" of the front-end fermentation process. It travels back and forth along the fermentation trough daily, using the powerful rotation and turning of the large disc to deeply break up and loosen the accumulated livestock manure, straw, and other raw materials within the trough.
Sufficient and uniform oxygen circulation allows the fermentation materials to quickly heat up, killing insect eggs and harmful bacteria, while simultaneously accelerating the conversion of humus. Only with thorough pre-fermentation and high material maturity can the success rate of granulation and the uniformity of finished particles be better guaranteed when the material enters the disc granulator.
III. Adaptable to Northwest Working Conditions, Robust and Durable Demonstrates Strength The dry climate and large temperature difference between day and night in Ningxia place stringent requirements on the corrosion resistance and mechanical strength of outdoor equipment.
