Malaysian Powder Mixing Production Line Site: Material Flow and Safety Protection Facility Layout Record

The entire powder mixing production line follows a high-level feeding and low-level discharging logic in its spatial layout. Each process is physically connected via belt conveyors and bucket elevators. From the material flow perspective, raw materials are fed into an inclined conveyor at the ground feeding area, then lifted to the bucket elevator on the second-level platform, and finally transported by the elevator to the high-level stainless steel batching silo or mixer inlet. This layout utilizes gravity and height difference to reduce mechanical loss and dust escape during vertical material transfer.

Multiple safety protection measures are implemented around the equipment. Yellow metal railings are installed on three sides of the high-level platform, and yellow warning lines are marked at the stairwell entrances to prevent accidental entry. Additionally, the electrical control cabinets of the equipment in the workshop have obvious waterproof and sealed treatment to adapt to the high-temperature and high-humidity factory environment in Malaysia.

Currently, the equipment foundation fixing, elevator verticality calibration, and conveyor horizontal calibration of the production line have all been completed. Wiring and debugging of the remaining dust collection pipes and electrical control cabinets are underway. The overall spatial layout is compact and rational, effectively utilizing the longitudinal space of the factory, thus fully preparing for subsequent batch mixing and production.
