On-site construction of organic fertilizer flat die pellet production line at Yanjin Cattle Farm, Yunnan: Spatial layout of the feeding unit and flat die pelleting production line

Based on the analysis of the layout structure of two locations on-site, this production line adopts a classic material flow sequence. At the front end, a large loader-loaded hopper receives bulk cow manure raw materials, which are then evenly conveyed to the steep angle belt conveyor via a bottom unloading mechanism. The conveyor lifts the material to a higher position, providing a height difference for subsequent crushing and flat die pelleting processes, facilitating the natural descent of the material by gravity. The flat die pelletizer, as the core machine, extrudes and molds the material, producing high-strength organic fertilizer pellets. The on-site equipment layout is compact and reasonable, with a black steel structure frame running through each process stage, capable of supporting subsequent screening, drying, cooling, and packaging equipment. The entire production line has entered the installation and integration phase.
