5t/h Organic Fertilizer Powder Production Line in Pahang, Malaysia: PLC Control Cabinet and Closed-Loop Analysis of Palm Bagasse Material Flow

2026-09-03

This 5-ton/hour organic fertilizer powder production line in Pahang, Malaysia, demonstrates a complete closed-loop material flow path by combining two site layouts. The white PLC electrical control cabinet on the right side of the screen is the command center of the entire production line. Dozens of red and green status indicator lights are arranged on the panel, and an industrial touch screen is mounted above. Through programming logic, the instantaneous feed rate, belt speed, and liquid pump frequency of the entire line (5 tons/hour) can be centrally monitored and adjusted.

In terms of spatial layout, the material flow path is clear: high-fiber, lightweight palm fiber is lifted by a steep-angle belt conveyor, enters a stainless steel liquid tank for spraying with bacterial solution, and then falls into a U-shaped screw conveyor for closed-loop mixing. The mixed wet material enters a green silo for buffering, and is then evenly fed by a belt conveyor below to a drum screen to remove coarse fibers. The undersized fine powder is finally sent to the rear end for packaging or further processing via a belt conveyor with red idlers. The green support structure, yellow safety railings, and anti-slip steel grating platform of the production line have all undergone anti-corrosion treatment to address the highly corrosive and easily abraded characteristics of palm fiber raw materials. Currently, the entire equipment is in place and in the final stages of electrical wiring and preparation for no-load trial operation.
