January 11, 2026, Uganda Compound Fertilizer Production Line Upgrade: Status Record of Joint Installation of Semi-Wet Material Crusher and Batching Platform
2026-08-25
January 11, 2026, Uganda compound fertilizer production line upgrade site. Figures 1 and 2 together constitute the two main material handling lines of the upgrade project: the semi-wet material crushing line and the batching conveyor line. In Figure 1, the semi-wet material crusher is installed on a steel frame, and the C motor wiring has been completed. The equipment is in a static, pending commissioning state; the hopper is connected to the conveying equipment via flanges, and the path from crushing to conveying of materials has been initially formed. In Figure 2, the overall frame of the large batching steel frame platform is in place, and the red hopper is installed in the middle of the frame as a node for temporary material storage and metering distribution. The top of the platform has a discharge port and guardrail, reserving interfaces for subsequent connection of elevators or conveying equipment. The two pieces of equipment are distributed in different locations in the workshop, forming a material flow path through an inclined belt conveyor: after the semi-wet material crusher outputs material, it is transferred to the feed inlet of the batching platform via a transverse conveyor. The site is currently in the equipment installation phase. The distribution box is not connected, the cables are scattered, and there are construction-related pipelines and water accumulation on the ground. The renovation project has not yet entered the online commissioning phase.
