This series of granulator is a new patented product developed by our company and the Agricultural Machinery Research Institute. It has obtained the national utility model patent. It is used for granulating various organic substances after fermentation,breaking through the convenientional organic granulation process. It is not necessary to dry and pulverize the raw materials before granulation,and the spherical granules can be processed by direct compounding,which can save a lot of engery.
The qualified granulation rate of the machine is as high as 80-90, which is suitable for various formulations. The compressive strength of organic fertilizer is higher than that of disc and drum, and the rate of big ball is less than 15%. The uniformity of particle size can be adjusted by the speed regulating function of the machine according to the requirements of users. The drying process is saved and the cost is greatly reduced.
Using organic particles under a certain force,they can be inlaid with each other,and no binder is needed for granulation.The particles are soild and can be sieved after grnulation to reduce the drying engery consumption.The organic matter after fermentation does not need to be dried,and the raw material moisture content can be 20-40.
The first section of the housing is split type assembly without lifting device or manual dismantling. It is easy to clean the inner wall of the shell. Operation principle: first, the material enters the first granulation section from the uniform feeding part (through the speed regulating feed volume) and prepare for granulation through high speed and adjustable mixing knife, then push to the second granulation section. Granulation material in the two granulation section, through the internal mixing teeth two times granulation and outer cylinder molding, achieve the purpose of granulation, so that the particles have better quality assurance. We designed suction ports and dust outlets in silos, and users can connect vacuum cleaners to meet environmental discharge requirements. We also designed the observation door and the nozzle of the spray tube. The user can spray the liquid into the particles in the drum according to the requirement of particle size.
