In the use of organic fertilizer equipment, many users have encountered body vibration during the operation of the equipment, affecting the operation. The following introduces the reasons and solutions for the severe vibration of the organic fertilizer crusher:
(1) There is a problem with the installation of the hammer. During the repair and assembly process, only a few pieces are replaced when the hammer is used in rotation, which causes strong vibration when the crusher is running. The solution is to replace all the hammer pieces in the crusher together.
(2) The corresponding two paving surfaces are not balanced. When the weight difference is more than 5 grams, the powder machine will vibrate violently during operation. The way to reduce the impact is to adjust the position of the hammer to ensure that the weight difference between the two sets of hammers does not exceed 5 grams.
(3) The hammer is not flexible enough. If the bell is stuck too tight, if it is not loosened during operation, it will cause strong vibration of the fuselage. The solution is to turn the hammer by hand after stopping, so that the hammer rotates flexibly.
(4) The weight of other parts on the rotor is not balanced. The solution is to check each part separately and adjust the balance.
(5) The spindle is bent. When the spindle is bent, it will cause the fuselage to tilt, causing strong vibration during operation. The solution is to correct the spindle or replace a new spindle.
(6) If the bearing clearance exceeds the limit or is damaged, the solution is to replace the new bearing.
(7) The bottom screw fixing nut is loose. This will cause the shredder to shake during operation, resulting in strong vibration. The solution is to tighten the nut cap.
