Organic fertilizer production line equipment before the preparation of fertilizer

2023/06/13

In order to accelerate decomposition, before composting, different materials should be treated with organic fertilizer equipment according to the specific situation.

(1) Urban waste should be sorted to select broken glass, stones, tiles, plastics and other debris, especially to prevent heavy metals and toxic organic and inorganic substances from entering the processing of organic fertilizer production line.

(2) All kinds of accumulated materials, in principle, should be crushed, increasing the contact area is conducive to decay, but it consumes more energy and manpower, and is difficult to promote. It is generally good to cut a variety of stacked materials into 2-5 inches long.

(3) For hard and waxy materials, such as corn and sorghum poles with low water absorption, it is best to soak the material with sewage or 2% lime water after powder, destroy the waxy layer on the surface of the straw, and use water absorption to promote decomposition.

(4) Aquatic weeds, due to excessive water, should be slightly cool and dry before stacking.

Compost materials can generally be divided into three categories according to their properties:

Category 1: Basic materials, that is, substances that are not easily decomposed, such as various crop straws, weeds, fallen leaves, vines, peat, garbage, etc.

Category 2: Substances that promote decomposition are generally substances containing more nitrogen and rich in high temperature fiber decomposing bacteria, such as human and animal urine, sewage, silkworm sand, horse manure, sheep manure, old compost, grass and wood ash, lime, etc.

Three types: highly absorptive substances, adding a small amount of peat, fine soil and a small amount of superphosphate or phosphate rock powder during the accumulation process can prevent and reduce the volatilization of ammonia and improve the fertilizer efficiency of compost.
