Core Solutions for Upgrading the Organic Fertilizer Disk Granulator Machine Process

2025/12/13

The core objective of upgrading the organic fertilizer disk granulator mahchine process is to improve the molding rate, stabilize production capacity, and reduce the return rate of materials.  This is achieved without replacing the entire equipment, focusing on three main areas: "equipment modification + enhanced pretreatment + automation," resulting in outstanding cost-effectiveness.  Specifically:

I. Core Equipment Modification (Improving Granulation Performance)

The ordinary flat-mouth disc is replaced with an adjustable inclined disc with a converging opening (precisely adjustable from 45°-60°), reducing material splashing.  Wear-resistant rubber or polyurethane liners are added to the bottom to reduce adhesion and wear. The molding rate is increased from 70%-80% to 85%-90%.

II. Enhanced Front-End Pretreatment (Ensuring Qualified Raw Materials)

A secondary crushing and screening device is added to ensure uniform raw material particle size of 20-40 mesh, removing impurities and reducing blockages; a high-temperature aerobic fermentation tank replaces traditional composting, increasing raw material maturity to over 80%, resulting in more stable binding properties and reducing clumping and loose particles.

III. Back-End Support and Automation Upgrade (Improving Continuous Efficiency)

A return material crushing and conveying device is added, allowing unqualified granules to be crushed and recycled for granulation, increasing raw material utilization from 70% to over 90%; a PLC control system is added to achieve full automation of feeding, spraying, mixing, and discharging in the organic fertilizer disc granualtion produciton line, with real-time monitoring of rotation speed, inclination angle, and humidity, and automatic parameter adjustment; a pulse bag dust collector is added to address dust pollution, meeting environmental requirements and preventing dust from affecting equipment and material humidity.

IV. Maintenance and Parameter Optimization (Stabilizing Upgrade Effects)

Regularly inspect and replace worn liners and blades, and clean spray nozzles to prevent clogging; calibrate the optimal disc rotation speed (20-30 rpm), inclination angle (50°-55°), and water spray volume based on the raw material formula (chicken manure type, straw type, etc.), establishing standardized parameters to ensure stable production capacity and molding rate.
