Core Technologies of Organic Fertilizer Granulator Machines

2025/12/16

The core technologies of organic fertilizer granulator machines focus on three dimensions: raw material adaptation and modification, molding mechanism control, and efficient and stable transmission. These directly determine the granulation rate, particle strength, and production capacity, and are key to the core competitiveness of fertilizer machine manfauturers.  The technological upgrades of double roller press granualtors and new type two in one organic fertilizer granulators are particularly prominent.

Raw material pretreatment and modification are fundamental to granulation, primarily addressing the issues of high moisture content and unstable viscosity in organic fertilizers. For coarse fiber raw materials, microbial fermentation or mechanical crushing is used for modification to reduce granulation resistance, providing a prerequisite for the stable operation of roller extrusion granulators and new-type organic fertilizer two-in-one granulators.

Core molding technology is the key to differentiation. Roller extrusion granulators rely on high-pressure forced molding by double rollers, with the core technology lying in the design of the roller surface pattern and precise control of extrusion pressure to prevent particle cracking or equipment overload; the new-type organic fertilizer two-in-one granulator integrates extrusion, shaping, and screening, with the core technology being the selection of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials and structural optimization of the molding die, achieving drying-free granulation and reducing energy consumption; disc/drum granulation focuses on the adjustment of rotation speed and inclination angle, and the dynamic matching of spraying volume and feeding volume.

Efficient and stable transmission and wear-resistant technology ensure equipment lifespan. Core components such as the granulation chamber and molds use high-chromium alloy and wear-resistant ceramic materials, combined with surface hardening treatment, to adapt to the corrosive environment of organic fertilizers, extending the lifespan of components in roller extrusion granulators and new-type organic fertilizer two-in-one granulators and reducing maintenance costs.

Intelligent control technology is the direction of modernization upgrades. Through the PLC system, parameters such as feeding volume and moisture content are monitored in real time and automatically adjusted to improve granulation stability and adapt to large-scale production.
