Daily maintenance of organic fertilizer double axis mixers should be carried out promptly after each shift's production. This directly affects the stable operation and service life of the equipment in the organic fertilizer production line. The specific maintenance procedures are as follows: First, thoroughly clean the inner wall of the mixing chamber, the twin-shaft blades, and the scrapers to remove any remaining organic fertilizer raw materials, especially sticky materials. Use a high-pressure water gun or special tools to remove any caked material to prevent mold and hardening, which could cause wear on parts or jamming during the next startup. Second, check the wear of the mixing blades and scrapers, looking for deformation, cracks, or loose bolts. If the blade edges are severely worn or the fixing bolts are loose, promptly repair by welding or tightening the bolts to prevent parts from falling off during operation and causing malfunctions. Then, maintain the transmission parts of the fertilizer making machine, including the bearing seats, sprockets, and chains. Clean the surface dust and material residue from these exposed parts and add an appropriate amount of lubricating grease to ensure smooth transmission. Also, check the condition of the seals, checking for leaks or oil seepage at the seals on both ends of the mixing shaft. If the seals are aged or damaged, replace them promptly to prevent dust from entering the bearings and causing wear. Finally, check the electrical control system, checking for loose motor connections and dust accumulation in the control cabinet to ensure that the electrical components are functioning correctly. After maintenance, clean the equipment surface and record the maintenance details for future reference.
