During the fertilizer produciton lines process, large amounts of dust are easily generated during the crushing, mixing, granulation, and packaging of raw materials. 1. Controlling dust generation at the source is paramount. During the raw material transportation stage, enclosed conveyor belts can be used, with flexible joints and sealing devices installed at the transitions to reduce dust spillage. Crushing equipment should be equipped with sealed enclosures, and spray atomization systems should be installed at the feed and discharge ports to absorb dust with water mist and reduce dust dispersion.

2. The key to dust control is the rational configuration of the dust collection system. Install dust collection hoods in areas where dust is concentrated, such as the outlet of the organic fertilizer granualtor and above the screening machine. These hoods use negative pressure to collect dust into the ducts. Pipeline design should minimize bends to prevent dust accumulation and blockage, and use wear-resistant materials to extend service life. For high-concentration dust, an electrostatic precipitator can be installed after the bag filter to further enhance purification effectiveness and ensure that exhaust gas meets national standards. Enterprises should regularly inspect and maintain dust treatment equipment, promptly replace damaged filter bags, and clean dust accumulation in pipes. Operator training should also be strengthened, and operational procedures should be standardized to prevent dust leaks caused by improper operation.

Through the coordinated integration of source control, efficient collection, and end-of-pipe purification, combined with comprehensive daily management, fertilizer production lines can achieve effective dust control, protecting the ecological environment while ensuring production safety and economic benefits.
