Key Considerations for Using Organic Fertilizer Equipment

2025/10/15

As a key tool for agricultural waste resource utilization, proper operation of organic fertilizer equipment not only impacts production efficiency but also directly affects equipment lifespan and operator safety. In actual use, the following key points should be emphasized:

First, pre-operation inspection is essential. Before starting the machine, check the condition of each component individually, such as whether the crusher blades are sharp, whether the bolts on the agitator shaft are loose, and whether the conveyor belt is properly tensioned. Also, confirm that the electrical wiring is intact and the grounding system is functioning properly. If the processed raw materials contain a high level of impurities, pre-screen them through a screening device to remove hard objects such as stones and metal blocks to prevent damage to the equipment's internal components.

Second, effective monitoring is essential during the operation of the organic fertilizer produciton line. While the equipment is running, the operator must remain at their post, observe the stable readings on the ammeter and voltmeter, and listen for normal operating sounds. If any sharp, unusual noises or increased vibration are detected, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection to eliminate faults such as bearing wear and abnormal gear engagement. At the same time, the material feeding rate must be controlled to avoid equipment overload caused by excessive feeding, ensuring that the fermentation process meets process requirements and preventing safety accidents caused by excessive pressure.

Finally, timely maintenance is required after downtime. After each operation, the equipment should be thoroughly cleaned of any remaining materials. Lubricate the transmission components regularly and inspect wear on vulnerable parts. If damaged, components such as blades and filters are found, they should be replaced promptly.

In short, the safe and efficient operation of organic fertilizer equipment requires standardized operating procedures and meticulous daily maintenance. Only by implementing these precautions at every stage can the equipment's full value be realized and contribute to the development of green agriculture.
