Intelligent Upgrade Solution for Bio-organic Fertilizer Production Line

2026/06/12

To reduce production costs, stabilize product quality, and reduce reliance on manual labor, bio-organic fertilizer production lines need intelligent upgrades in five key areas: fermentation, batching, granulation, control, and after-sales service, comprehensively improving the level of automated production.

In the fermentation stage, intelligent sensors for temperature, humidity, and oxygen are installed to monitor the pile status in real time. Based on the data, the system automatically controls the turning equipment and oxygen supply fans to automatically complete turning, cooling, and dehumidification operations. This avoids anaerobic fermentation and high-temperature burning of beneficial bacteria, ensuring the activity of beneficial bacteria, and also unifying the degree of decomposition, reducing manual inspection costs.

In the batching and mixing stage, the traditional manual feeding method is replaced with a fully automated batching system. Relying on an intelligent weighing module, manure, straw, functional microbial agents, and other raw materials are precisely proportioned, automatically completing the feeding, batching, and mixing processes. This effectively solves the problems of large errors and uneven nutrient distribution in manual batching, stabilizing fertilizer quality from the source.

The granulation and drying sections are equipped with online moisture detectors to intelligently adjust the spray water volume, equipment operating speed, and drying temperature. The production parameters adapt to the dryness and wetness of the materials, improving the granulation rate while avoiding the problem of high temperatures killing live bacteria and reducing the scrap rate of finished products.

The entire production line is equipped with a PLC centralized control system, enabling one-button start/stop and coordinated operation of the bio-organic fertilizer equipment, and is equipped with a frequency converter to reduce energy consumption. It is also connected to the Internet of Things (IoT).
