Organic fertilizer equipment must be developed in line with market demand. The fundamental reason is that "demand is the track, deviation is elimination".

First, the raw material structure is changing dramatically: in the past, it was mainly livestock and poultry manure, but now there are a lot of complex organic matter such as kitchen waste, municipal sludge, Chinese medicine residue, mushroom sticks, etc., which cannot be compatible with a single device. Only by keeping up with the changes in raw materials and iterating crushing, dehydration, and detoxification modules can we avoid "equipment being outdated as soon as it goes online".

Second, the profit model of farmers is forced: farmers in cash crop areas are more willing to pay a premium for "high organic matter + high humic acid" organic fertilizers, which requires equipment to accurately control fermentation temperature, carbon-nitrogen ratio, and even add functional bacteria bags. If equipment manufacturers cannot provide "formula-level" process parameters, farmers would rather choose second-hand equipment for self-transformation.

Third, the threshold of the international market is raised: Southeast Asian customers need to be compatible with tropical fiber raw materials such as palm empty fruit bunches and rubber sawdust. EU customers require equipment to pass CE certification and energy consumption is less than 75kWh/ton. Only by deeply embedding in the local planting structure can trade barriers be broken.

In short, the organic fertilizer production line is not about "selling iron" but "selling solutions". Whoever can complete the pre-embedded technology before the demand explodes can become the standard setter rather than a passive follower in the next raw material revolution or policy adjustment.
