This new type two in one organic fertilizer granulator integrates crushing and granulation processes into a single unit. Featuring an innovative sectional, quick-opening clamshell casing, it is specifically designed for high-moisture, coarse-fiber organic fertilizer raw materials. The machine comprises five main structural components, each with a distinct function, enabling continuous, single-step production.
I. Sectional Clamshell Casing Assembly. The machine body consists of three sections: a crushing/pre-treatment section, an agitation-pin granulation section, and a polishing/discharge section. Each section is equipped with a hydraulic quick-opening top cover, allowing for the removal of adhered material or the replacement of parts without dismantling the entire machine. The inner walls feature thickened, wear-resistant liners, and rounded corners minimize material buildup—solving the clogging and maintenance difficulties common in traditional enclosed models and significantly reducing downtime for servicing.
II. Dual-Function Internal Rotor System. The front section features a high-speed hammer rotor that breaks up clumps and chops long fibers, refining the material to under 5mm. The rear section utilizes a spiral, wear-resistant agitation-pin rotor that agglomerates material into granules through kneading and extrusion. The agitation pins are made of wear-resistant alloy resistant to abrasive corrosion. Variable frequency speed control allows for the adjustment of granule size and density, enabling the direct processing of manure, fermentation residue, and sludge with moisture content between 25% and 45%, eliminating the need for pre-crushing or drying.
III. Feeding and Discharge Mechanisms. A widened top inlet accommodates forklift loading, while an inclined rear outlet ensures smooth granule discharge. A simple deflector plate automatically returns loose material to the chamber for re-granulation, achieving a raw material utilization rate of over 95%.
IV. Drive and Sealing Components. An integrated heavy-duty base frame supports a variable-frequency gear reducer and a synchronous drive mechanism, ensuring stable, low-noise operation. Multiple oil seals at both ends of the main shaft prevent moisture and dust from damaging the bearings, thereby extending the service life of the drive components.
V. Intelligent Electronic Control System. The independent control cabinet features one-touch start/stop functionality and individually adjustable rotational speeds for different stages; in the event of stalling or material clogging, the machine can be quickly stopped and opened for clearing—a task manageable by a single operator.
Key features include: dual-purpose capability that integrates crushing and granulation into one unit, eliminating the need for intermediate conveying and thereby saving on equipment investment and floor space; rapid-access housing for maintenance, boosting efficiency in clearing clogs and replacing parts by 70%; non-stick performance with high-moisture raw materials, ensuring a stable pelletization rate exceeding 88% and producing round, uniform granules; and versatility in handling various feedstocks—such as crop stalks, biogas residue, and livestock manure—to produce bio-organic fertilizers or organic-inorganic compound granules, making it suitable for continuous operation across small, medium, and large-scale bio-organic fertilizer production lines.
