Bio organic fertilizer equipment is a complete set of equipment used to convert organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, kitchen waste, and sludge into bio-organic fertilizer through processes such as composting, fermentation, and processing. Its core function is to utilize the action of microorganisms to harmlessly treat and transform organic raw materials, ultimately producing bio-organic fertilizer rich in organic matter, beneficial microorganisms, and nutrients needed by crops.
This type of equipment typically includes specialized machinery in multiple stages, mainly including:
1. Pre-treatment equipment: such as crushers (crushing raw materials such as straw and manure to a suitable particle size for subsequent fermentation), screening machines (removing impurities from raw materials to ensure purity), and fertilizer mixer machines (mixing different raw materials in proportion and adjusting parameters such as carbon-nitrogen ratio).
2. Fermentation Equipment: Such as trough-type turning machines (which periodically turn the raw materials to ensure sufficient oxygen during fermentation, controlling the temperature at a high temperature of 55-65℃ for sterilization and maturation), and fermentation tanks (closed fermentation devices that can precisely control temperature, humidity, and aeration, suitable for large-scale, automated production).
3. Post-processing Equipment: Such as dryers (which reduce the moisture content of fermented materials for easier storage and subsequent processing), fertilizer granualtor machines (which granulate the dried materials, improving the ease of application and marketability of the fertilizer), coolers (which cool the granular fertilizer to prevent clumping), and packaging machines (which automatically weigh and package the finished product).
The application of bio-organic fertilizer equipment not only enables the resource utilization of organic waste and reduces environmental pollution, but also produces high-quality fertilizers that improve soil structure and crop quality. It is an important piece of equipment for the development of agricultural circular economy and green agriculture.
