The fermentation cycle of this project is 8 days. After the good semi-finished product is discharged, it is ready to enter the next process.
The finished compost is further screened, and the under-sieved material is processed separately according to the moisture content. After being granulated by the granulator machine for fertilizer, the under-sieve is sent to a dryer heated by the biogas from the biogas digester for drying. After adding the middle and trace elements in proportion, the mixture is stirred and mixed to make finished products, which are divided into packages and stored for sale. The oversize is returned to the crushing process for reuse. In summary, the entire process specifically includes physical dehydration of fresh crop straw → crushing of dry raw materials → screening → mixing (proportional mixing of strains + fresh livestock and poultry manure + crushed crop straw) → composting fermentation → temperature change Observation→blowing, turning over→moisture control→sieving→finished products→packaging→warehousing.
Organic fertilizer products can be made into granular or powdered form, depending on market demand. In order to balance nutrients and be suitable for transportation and storage, it is recommended to use an organic fertilizer granulator to process organic-inorganic compound fertilizers into granular products.
