The general process flow of organic fertilizer production line to produce fertilizer

Although produce fertilizer process structure is similar, the organic fertilizer equipment configured is not fixed. It is mainly based on its own material characteristics, on-site working conditions, specific production requirements, degree of automation and investment budget. Fertilizer production line construction and equipment purchase plan. The annual output of 10,000 tons of organic fertilizer equipment production line is composed of fermentation system, drying system, deodorization and dust removal system, organic fertilizer special pulverizer, batching system, mixing system, organic fertilizer special granulator and finished product packaging machine. The organic fertilizer production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons is a small organic fertilizer production line, and the production can be completed by choosing medium and low configuration. When you want to expand the production scale in the later stage, you can add supporting equipment according to actual needs and requirements.
Organic fertilizer equipment process flow:
1. Fermentation: The recovered livestock and poultry manure is directly entered into the fermentation area. After primary fermentation, secondary aging and stacking, the odor of livestock and poultry manure is eliminated. Fermentation can be added at this stage to decompose the crude fiber, so that the particle size after crushing meets the particle size requirements of granulation production
2. Crusher and mixer: Pulverize the fermented materials that have completed the secondary aging and stacking process and enter the mixing and stirring system. Before mixing and stirring, according to the formula, add N, P, K and some other trace elements into the mixing and stirring system, and start stirring.
3. Granulation: The mixed material is transported into the granulation system, and can be granulated by a double roller press granulator, a disc granulator, etc.
4. Drying: The particles enter the cooling system after passing through the dryer
5. Screening: After the material is brought to room temperature, start screening. The particles that meet the requirements enter the coating machine to wrap and coat and start packaging. The particles that do not meet the requirements are crushed by the pulverizer and then returned to the granulation system to continue granulation.
