Kicking Off the Year with Overseas Shipments: Large Wheel Compost Turning Machines Bound for Vientiane, Laos
2026/07/03
In January 2026, a batch of large wheel compost turning mahcines was loaded and shipped from our factory, destined directly for an organic fertilizer production base in Laos. The client, deeply established in the local agricultural and livestock sectors, needed to process vast quantities of raw materials such as cattle manure and sugarcane bagasse; however, traditional small-scale turning equipment lacked sufficient capacity and failed to ensure thorough mixing. Our customized large-scale rotary disc compost turners feature deep-reach and wide-span capabilities, enabling automated, single-operator management of the entire day's fermentation process. They are energy-efficient, durable, and specifically designed to withstand the local hot and humid production environment. We maintained strict quality control throughout the process—from initial consultation and equipment customization to factory testing, packaging, and loading—utilizing moisture-proof, reinforced packaging to ensure safe cross-border transport. Upon the fertilizer making machine's arrival in Laos, our technical team conducted on-site installation and commissioning, providing hands-on training to workers regarding operation and routine maintenance. Driven by the continuous opportunities of the "Belt and Road Initiative," our domestically produced organic fertilizer fermentation equipment is reaching global markets, helping Southeast Asia transform waste into organic fertilizer and fostering the growth of local green agriculture. We welcome inquiries from global clients regarding customized, complete sets of equipment for fermentation and bio-organic fertilizer granulation.
