From the perspective of operation and maintenance, the chain compost turner can be divided into the following modules: (I) Turning and turning execution module: including chain plate, turning and turning tray and high-strength wear-resistant teeth (curved tooth cutter). The chain plates are made of 65Mn alloy steel. The turning trays are fitted with 390 replaceable, wear-resistant curved-blade tines.
(II) Travel and Shifting Module: Comprising longitudinal travel mechanisms and lateral shifting mechanisms. Equipped with a transfer carriage for lane switching, enabling multi-lane operations.
(III) Power Transmission Module: Comprising components such as the motor, gearbox, chains, and sprockets. The drive system utilizes a hardened-gear-surface gearbox.

Maintenance Essentials and Schedule
The maintenance of chain compost turners should be strictly carried out according to the cycle system of "daily inspection, weekly maintenance, and monthly repair": Daily maintenance: After the equipment has been running for a day, clean up the residual materials on the surface and inside of the equipment in a timely manner to prevent the accumulation of materials from corroding the equipment. Use compressed air or a brush to remove debris from components such as chains, sprockets, and paddles. Check for loose bolts or cracked welds. Verify that oil levels in the gearbox and hydraulic tank meet standard requirements; top up with the appropriate lubricating or hydraulic oil if necessary. Clean the electrical control cabinet.
Weekly Maintenance: Inspect drive components such as chains, bearings, and gears; apply lubricant every 100 operating hours. Check chain plate tension. Inspect the curved cutter blades for wear.
Periodic Maintenance: Change gearbox oil regularly, selecting the correct grade as specified in the equipment manual. Periodically conduct balance tests on various components and inspect/adjust the mounting foundation. Promptly replace severely worn chain plates or cutter blades.
Lubrication Management: Regularly lubricate all moving parts. After installation and power-up, apply an appropriate amount of grease to the bearing housings. Replenish grease in the bearing housings after the equipment has been in operation for a period of time.

Failure to move: Clear debris from the tracks; inspect travel wheels and chains for wear; check the motor and control box for proper operation.
