Failure to move: Clear debris from the tracks; check the drive wheels and chains for wear; inspect the motor and control box for proper operation.
Weak turning/mixing: Check rake teeth for wear and replace if necessary; adjust the material's moisture content; check the tension of the drive chain.
Abnormal noise: Check for damaged bearings; remove foreign objects wrapped around the drum; tighten loose bolts.
Motor tripping: Reduce the feed rate; verify that the voltage meets requirements; reset the thermal relay.
