3. Real-time monitoring during operation: Use a quantitative screw conveyor for feeding; the speed must match the disc capacity to avoid material accumulation and insufficient granulation due to excessive feeding, or reduced capacity due to insufficient feeding.

4. Particle size monitoring: Regularly sample and check the particle size (target 2-8mm).
