The new type two in one organic fertilizer production line adopts an integrated continuous production process, combining the mixing and conditioning and granulation processes, resulting in a simple and efficient overall process. First, fermented and decomposed livestock and poultry manure, straw, mushroom residue, humic acid, and other raw materials are evenly fed into the granulator's inlet via a conveyor. The raw materials first enter the mixing and conditioning zone at the front end of the fertilizer production machine.
In the conditioning section, the mixing blades inside the equipment thoroughly disperse, mix, and humidify the raw materials. Simultaneously, depending on the material's moisture content, water or binders can be added appropriately via a spray device to achieve the suitable moisture and looseness for granulation, preventing clumping or excessive dryness or wetness, thus completing the pretreatment before granulation.
After thorough conditioning, the material enters the granulation zone at the rear end under the action of a screw conveyor. Under the combined action of high-strength stirring teeth and a rotating chamber, the material is continuously kneaded, squeezed, and agglomerated, gradually forming uniformly sized granules. Simultaneously, the internal structure polishes and rounds the granules, making them denser and more rounded.
The formed, qualified granules are discharged from the granulator outlet and directly enter the subsequent drying equipment. The entire process eliminates the need for separate mixers and premixers; the material completes conditioning, granulation, and rounding in a single, continuous process, reducing intermediate transfer steps.
This process boasts a high degree of automation, simple operation, short material residence time, and high granulation rate. It is less prone to material blockage and wall adhesion problems, saving equipment and space while improving production stability. Suitable for the large-scale continuous production of various organic fertilizer raw materials, it represents a highly efficient process for small and medium-sized production lines.
